By accessing neurova.health or booking a clinical session through WhatsApp, the website registration form, or direct email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
About Our Services
Neurova is operated by NeurodiverseClinics, a licensed speech therapy and audiology practice registered with the RCI. We provide online consultations, Chennai clinic services, home-visit audiology where available, cochlear implant rehabilitation, and early intervention programmes.
Eligibility and Registration
Services are available to individuals of all ages. Sessions for minors are conducted with parent or legal guardian consent and, where appropriate, active participation.
Session Booking and Scheduling
Sessions are booked via WhatsApp or through the website. A session is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our clinical coordinator.
Fees and Payment
Fees are communicated at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are denominated in Indian Rupees unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Clinical Scope and Limitations
Neurova provides speech-language therapy and audiology services within RCI scope. Our clinicians do not prescribe medication, provide emergency care, or replace medical doctors.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to attend sessions on time, provide accurate information, maintain a suitable environment for online sessions, and treat clinicians with courtesy and respect.
Intellectual Property
All content on neurova.health is the intellectual property of NeurodiverseClinics and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
